Arymi Gille Tank Review
Delivers a truly amazing vaping experience for a very good price.
There has been a lot of hype around the Arymi Gille Tank, so we were naturally very excited when Jac Vapour we got our sample from Jac Vapour.
This is technically the Version 2 model, which comes in 3 different colors.
We ended up getting the stainless steel model though, which is pretty awesome-looking.
So let’s get down to business. Is this tank all that it’s cracked up to be?
Here’s what we found out.

What’s in the starter kit?
Here’s what we found in the box when we received it and opened it up.
- An authenticity card
- Some instructions (basic, but detailed enough)
- A one-sided sheet showing how to prime it
- 2 vape bands
- 2 spare coils (plus one fitted in the tank)
- The tank itself
- A spare Pyrex glass tube
- Extra Japanese cotton wicking material
- Extra o-ring seals
The box that the tank comes in is very nice. It comes with a nice varnish on it, and the graphics are quite high in quality. The entire box is really quite small, but the tank is a good size.
Now, before we go much further, it would be good to point out that this tank has likely gotten as much hype as it has because it actually features coils that you can re-wick – which is awesome. Coils generally don’t last a super-long time. But on this device, they will last a LOT longer, because when your wicking material burns out, you can just put new wicking material on it and keep using the coil itself.
The coils won’t last forever, but this seriously increases their lifespan. Plus, the device was designed to make this process super-easy, so kudos to Arymi for a great design idea.
(We’ll talk about how well it worked a bit further down! Keep reading to learn more!)
Next, we will talk about the tank.
Aesthetically, it’s a beautiful product. The 3ml capacity is really nice, and it felt good in-hand. The stainless steel was certainly attractive.
The drip tip has an o-ring seal just around the inside, which helps to keep it in place during use. The top of the tank itself has a very unique design, in which it sends the vapour around the sides and through smaller holes around the top, rather than straight up through the middle. This is supposed to help keep you safe from splashing, splattering E-liquid – and we thought that it was a very nice idea!
Removing the two pieces to the top of the tank reveals the coil and allows you to refill the glass with E-liquid. One thing that we noticed was that the air holes on this device were not adjustable – which was a bit of a shame to us.
The coil is easily visible, even while the tank is closed up. But we really liked how it was designed. It’s a long, wound coil that looks like a spring – but the design makes it very easy to wick with replacement cotton, which is awesome. The way the coil made the electronic connection was also very cool. You don’t really have to screw it in or anything like that. You just insert it into the center of the tank, and then screw the top on to complete the circuit.
We will say that you might need to refer to the included instruction booklet before changing the wicking or the coils for this device, as there are a few steps that you should certainly be aware of.
With that being said, re-wicking the coils was quite easy – and it’s nice that it comes with some extra cotton to use (enough to re-wick two coils).
- 510 connector
- Product dimensions: 22mm x 51mm
- 3ml capacity
- The coil replacement is easy
- Features a top-fill design
- Condensation and leak resistant
- Produces huge clouds and awesome flavour
- Suitable for wattages ranging between 25 and 65
What did we think of this Tank?
The coils that came with the tank were all 0.5 ohm coils, so this experience was definitely a sub-ohm experience – which we liked.
For our test, we used some nice, thick, max VG E-liquid. We wanted to test the sub-ohm capabilities, and felt that this would be the perfect liquid for it.
Note: Make sure that you prime the coil before you start! There are instructions that come with the tank that should be able to tell you how to go about this.
We used an Icebox 80W mod for the vape test. The tank looked really nice on the Icebox. It complemented the black and white color of the mod quite well.
To start with, we set the wattage on the device to 30 watts. It was unbelievably smooth at this wattage. Plus, when you activate it, it makes a little ‘whistling’ noise because of the way the air holes are situated – but we liked it.
We got awesome flavour out of it, and also pretty good clouds as well. We would certainly call it a good quality sub-ohm vape. Needless to say, we were impressed.
Next, we cranked it up to 40 watts. It produced more clouds at 40 watts – and we dare say that we liked it better this way. It performed quite beautifully.
To be quite honest – this is, hands down, one of the best tanks we’ve ever used. And when you factor in how inexpensive they are, the value becomes quite unbelievable! It’s probably the cheapest sub ohm tank we’ve ever reviewed, and we enthusiastically recommend it for sub-ohm vapers who are interested in saving some serious cash.
Appearance and Feel
The appearance of the tank, overall, was very robust. The parts were very well-machined, and we loved how the o-ring seals were placed. To put it simply, we felt that this device would truly last forever. The metal is heavy, the parts are thick and well-made, and the o-ring seals are so strategically placed, that it truly seems like it would never leak – and it didn’t.
Plus, we loved how the coil was designed. The entire thing was really different and brilliant. We loved it.
This tank does have several air-holes in it, but they aren’t variable or adjustable. But still – they were set pretty wide open, and we didn’t have much of a problem with this.
This tank is made from stainless steel, and looked and felt very nice in-hand. It seems like it would last a long time.
- Ease of Use
To be really fair, this was an easy tank to use. It is certainly different in design, but we liked how you could re-wick the coils – and we found this to be a pretty user-friendly feature.
The best thing about this tank is that it delivers a truly amazing vaping experience for cheap. But we also loved how sturdy and user-friendly the coils were. Plus you can re-wick them – which is awesome.
The biggest drawback to this tank is probably the fact that the airflow isn’t adjustable. But still, it provided plenty of airflow in our opinion – so this wasn’t a big deal for us.
