Vaporized Review

As soon as I read the Vaporized tag line, ‘Inhale The Freedom’, I felt like I was really going to like this website. Something about that title seemed very ‘free’ to me. It was almost cheesy – but it was done so boldly that it struck me as cool.

The next thing that I noticed about this website was the site itself. The colors were bold, the pictures were vivid, and the pages were easy to understand. The layout was simple, but stylish and modern – which is a feel that I would describe as ‘just about perfect’ for a modern, successful E-cig store.

On the ‘about us’ page of the website, the company has this to say about their services.

“Vaporized brings to you the finest electronic cigarettes on the market… The journey of this business began with the desire to stop smoking traditional tobacco cigarettes as we all know how bad they are for our bodies.”

I felt like the content on this section was well written, and I appreciated how much of the company’s actual history was recorded there. I always wonder how businesses like this got their start, and to hear more details always makes the review-writing experience better for me.

So far, Vaporized looks impressive – so let’s talk about their products.

Positives and Negatives

  • They maintain an impressive website
  • They stock a pretty large variety of different types of products
  • Some of their starter kits allow you to choose between different battery and clearomizer options – which is pretty awesome
  • I found a lot of positive customer reviews about this site online
  • They carry a lot of different e-liquid options

  • They’ll accept returns on faulty equipment, but don’t really have a ‘no quibbles money back guarantee’
  • If you’re looking for something super-cheap, then this might not be the company to try first

What products/accessories can be purchased?

You can buy quite a few different starter kits on this website – ranging from simple vape pen kits to box mod starter packs. I noticed pretty quickly that super-low-priced kits weren’t really a thing on this site, so it seems that they are catering more to the vaper who is looking to spend a bit more – though that’s not to say that their products seem ‘overpriced’.

Actually, I would say that the opposite is true. Their products are very reasonably priced. They just offer some pretty seriously high-quality merchandise.

Bronze e-cig starter kitOne of the more affordable E-cig starter kits on their site was the Bronze E-cig Starter Kit. This kit, says Vaporized, ‘is the perfect option if you’re looking to make the switch to e-cigarettes on a budget.’ It comes with one battery (though you get a choice in what size you want), one clearomizer (you get to choose between the Kanger T2 or the Aspire BDC CE5), and a USB charger. You’ll still need to buy some E-liquid to get started with this one – but to be honest, at £17.49, it’s not a bad deal – and the components are pretty high-quality.

Vaporized also carries a range of different types of E-liquids, as well as a pretty big selection of accessories.

Product that stands out

One of my favorite products offered by Vaporized was the Silver VV Starter Kit. This kit actually comes with all of the following…

  • 2 clearomizers
  • 2 batteries
  • 1 USB charging lead
  • 1 mains charger adapter
  • 1 carrying case

Once again, this kit gives you the option to choose your batteries and clearomizers – which is awesome! I love how Vaporized gives you the option to choose the different parts to your kits. This ‘customization’ feature isn’t something that’s super prevalent in the vaping market right now, unless you piece your own kit together from accessories – so I was really impressed with it.

Package and design

The packaging on these products seems pretty functional and straightforward. I didn’t find anything to complain about in this regard.

As far as the designs of their products go, I will say that I was impressed. The pictures on their site look amazing – as do the E-cigs. I simply felt like the vape pens and other vaping gear offered by Vaporized were a cut above the average – which is great.

User reviews

I was surprised to find quite a few customer reviews for this website online – especially on TrustPilot. The reason for my surprise was because this is a relatively new company – but then again, they have grown very fast. They have several different store locations and seem to do a lot of business in the UK – and I’m pleased to report that the vast majority of the reviews that I found were positive.

User feedback

Product choice

Product choice was excellent on this website. They carry just about anything that you could possibly want in terms of vaping gear, and offer enough E-liquid flavors to keep you in business for a while. I give them two thumbs up in this category.

Vaporized is one of those companies that carries several different brands of E-liquid – so their flavor list is expansive and impressive. Here’s a list of just a few of the brands that they carry.

Vaporized e-liquids

  • Black Reserve
  • Bordo2
  • Charlie’s Chalk Dust
  • Good Vape
  • Penguin
  • Space Jam
  • And many, many more.

Information! Of course, each brand is a bit different – but Vaporized does a great job of showing you what each E-liquid is comprised of. Black Reserve, for example, is a 50%VG / 50% PG blend that comes in a 30ml bottle. Penguin brand E-liquids come in a 15ml bottle, and feature a 70%VG / 30%PG blend.

So really, you can find just about anything that you might be looking for on Vaporized in terms of E-liquid blends and sizes – and they have more than enough liquids to satisfy any taste!

Nicotine levels

You can get E-liquids from Vaporized ranging from 0mg to 24mg. Not all of the brands come in all of the different strengths, however – so a bit of browsing and research might be required to find what you need.

About the company

According to the website, Vaporized was started in Edinburgh. The founders were smokers, and had almost given up trying to quit when they discovered electronic cigarettes. After trying the revolutionary new devices, they never turned back – and are now in the vaping business themselves!

Vaporized is a family-run business that was started by smokers who turned to vaping to quit their dangerous tobacco habit.

Established: 2012

Location: This Company has a ton of different store locations – but here’s one that you can contact if you have questions or need help… 51 Union Street, Aberdeen, AB11 5BJ

Phone Support: 0131 333 3004

You can contact this company either by phone, or through email at
Shipping costs seem to vary by location. At this time, I don’t see any free shipping offers.
Vaporized will accept returns on faulty batteries for up to 3 months – but besides that, there isn’t much of a money back guarantee or warranty – which disappointed me.

Value for the money

In my opinion, Vaporized offers a lot of value for the money. Their products aren’t necessarily cheap – but they’re well-made and seem to be accepted rather well by customers. With as many stores as this company has open at the moment, they must be doing something right – and value seems to be something that they’re definitely offering their customer base.

If you’re looking for a top-notch product, then this is probably going to be a business that you’ll be interested in. If you’re looking for something super-cheap, then you might not find what you’re looking for here.

Running Costs

You can typically buy a 10ml bottle of E-liquid from Vaporized for as little as £3.99 – though they also sometimes run sales that allow you to get them for less.

In the end, I was impressed with Vaporized. I was disappointed that they don’t offer a better return policy, and I would have liked to see a money back guarantee – but all things considered, I felt like they do a great job. They provide high-quality vaping products and manage to keep their prices reasonable. Their customer service also seems to do a good job, and with so many store locations available around the UK, you shouldn’t have trouble finding someone to help you in-person if you prefer that.

I enthusiastically recommend Vaporized to anyone who’s looking for a quality E-cig supplier who stocks well-made, high-performance electronic cigarette products – and I feel that any customers who use Vaporized are probably going to have a good experience doing so!

Used to buy e-liquids from a local shop all the time and never had any problems, until recently when the battery that I purchased couldn’t be exchanged. It broke down after 2 weeks of use and even though I had the receipt, I wasn’t given a replacement. The worst part is that their warranty should have covered it but the store manager simply refused to replace! Thanks but NO THANKS!

As much as I like to shop about online for bargains, I always come back to Vaporized. I’m in Scotland, so they have shops in all of the cities, and most towns, I frequent regularly. The staff are very knowledgeable, the prices reasonable, and the kit is good quality. I still occasionally use Emporium Vapour as I got my first ecig there, they are creators of my all time favourite liquid (Turkish Delight), and have the friendliest staff I’ve encountered. In terms of value for money and choice, however, Vaporized are hard to beat on the high street.

Like the other poster, returns policy is awfull, my kangertech stopped charging within 3 months, but due to circumstances (including a broken arm) was just outside the 3 months they say is a “fit for purchase period”. The guy in the shop was pleasant but, with a big smile, told me company policy was company policy and he could do nothing to help. Very very disappointed, will never use them again.use a local independent.
